Column tags are used to determine how the data in AMP tables is displayed and used. The columns can be named anything; how they are tagged is what's important for how the data is used. For example, a column in the product table tagged as "SKU" will be used in AMP as the SKU or Product Id for that product. This data will be used in places where it would make sense to display a Product Id in AMP.
To tag columns in a table
- From the table being edited (products, customers, reps, etc.), click the Update Columns button from the table editing bar
- From the review screen select a column tag from the yellow dropdown menus under each of the column names
- Click the Accept the Upload button after column tags are selected
There will also be an opportunity to tag columns after uploading a table to AMP.

- SKU - Uniquely identifies a product.
Used to identify the product within the app, also is placed on the order form.
String - Item Name - Name of a product, e.g. "Amadeus Standing Desk".
Displayed next to the product photo, also is placed on the order form.
CountedStringSet - Category - E.g. "Dining", or "Bedroom", etc.
Help the app user to filter down a list of products.
StringSet - Sub-Category - E.g. "Chair", "Table", etc. So, a dining chair would have category of "Dining" and sub-category of "Chair"
Help the app user to filter down a list of products.
StringSet - Collection - E.g. "Spring 2013 Collection".

String - Item Long Description - A Long Product Description
String - Item Length - The unboxed product length in inches
String - Item Width - The unboxed product width in inches
String - Item Height - The unboxed product height in inches

String - Carton Width - The boxed product width in inches
String - Carton Height - The boxed product height in inches
String - Item Weight - Item weight (pounds).
Placed on the order form, and tallied up at the bottom.
Decimal - Shipping Weight - Shipping Weight (pounds)
Decimal - Volume - Shipping volume (cubic feet).
Placed on the order form, and tallied up at the bottom.
Decimal - UPC - UPC, can be used for scanning with the tablet camera or a dedicated scanner
String - Item Features - A list of product features
StringSet - Other / Front - Anything else you want to be immediately visible to the user when looking at a product, e.g. "dimensions", "color", "fabric" etc.
Displayed next to the product photo.
String - Other / Back - Anything else you want to be visible in the app "on the back" of the product page, but not right away.
Is displayed to the user if he asks for nitty-gritty of a given product.
String - Hide Column - Any other value you do not want to show up in the app.
Ignored.
String - General Price - A "base" price available to all customers.
Displayed next to product, also placed on the order form and tallied up.
Price - MSRP - Suggested retail price.
Displayed next to product, for any customer.
Price - Inventory - Inventory (availability)
Displayed as close to the SKU as possible, for ease of ordering.
Inventory - AMPSKU (tm) Composition - Specify a list of SKUs and QTYs to make up a group SKU
Example: CHAIR-001:4, ARMCH-003:2, TABLETOP-007:1, TABLEBASE-011:1
String - Photoset - Page - A page picture
HighlanderString - Photoset - Solo - A product solo picture
HighlanderString - Photoset - Others - All other product pictures
StringSet - Photo Set - A comma-separated list of all pictures for this product, e.g. "IMG_0001.jpg, IMG_0002.jpg"
Pictures are displayed when the products are being browsed. Also, first product on the list contributes to deciding which picture will represent entire group. Either use this category, or the "photoset" categories above.
StringSet - Page Annotation - A short string to be displayed over the photo.
Useful for e.g. set prices or other text you want to see in the picture.
String - Page Title - If specified, is used as a title of the page.
If not specified, the system will generate a page title from collection and category.
String - Page Sorting Key - Determines how pages are sorted in the catalog
The most popular value on the page is used for sorting.
String - Item Sorting Key - Determines in which order the SKUs are displayed on the page.
Sorting is alphanumeric: [abc1, abc2, abc11, def1] and NOT [abc1, abc11, abc2, def1]
String - Page Romance - Used to specify Group Romance
Displayed text of the SKU/Item page. Text appears above the item(s).
StringSet - Page Other - Used to specify Group Other
StringSet - Page ID - Used to Specify Custom Groups
Home Page of an item or a group of items.
StringSet - Product Prominence - Allows some products to be displayed more prominently.
Can be set to "Low" "Medium" or "High".
String - Exclusive Price - A negotiated price, only available to those customers explicitly authorized by the manufacturer.
Displayed next to product, also placed on the order form and tallied up.
Price - Item Status / Visibility - Describes who and when can see the product, either empty or one of [General, Hidden, Exclusive, Parts]
ProductType - Documents - List of related documents
StringSet - Cost - The price at which the product is bought from suppliers
Price - Replacement Sku - Used to replace a sku when publishing to different sources
String - Other / Tag - Similar to Other Front/Back, except you can supply a list of values
Can be used to group/filter products when creating slideshows
StringSet - Partition Id - Uniquely identifies a partition
String - External Video Urls - A List of external video urls
StringSet - Brand Name - The Brand Name
String - Brand Logo - The name of the picture file that represents the brand logo
String - Stock Level - Stock level generated by inventories
StockLevelBasic - Component Price - A price of the products' add-on component.
E.g. This dining table could have leaves added, $60 each.
SimplePrice - A Numeric Value - Any numeric value, or N/A or an empty string
E.g. This sofa take 1.4 yards of fabric, or this table takes 2 leaves
Numeric - Configurable Features - A list of product features
E.g. (std|dlx) or (leg|pedestal)
StringSet - Option Values - Product-specific values for options (see EXMN IN PP)
E.g. Red, Green Yellow
StringSet - Item Ordering Notes - Special notes to be shown to the user when he/she is adding this item to the cart
StringSet - Configured SKU - A template used during ordering to build as-confgiured SKU
CountedStringSet - Lookup Target - Lookup Tables can refer to this column
String - Page / Item Romance (Legacy - do not use) - E.g. "Fantastic desk for composers, both established and aspiring".

String - Dimensions (any) (Legacy - do not use) - Product dimensions
To be shown in the catalog and on the spec sheets.
String - Photos (Legacy - do not use) - A comma-separated list of all pictures for this product, e.g. "IMG_0001.jpg, IMG_0002.jpg"
Pictures are displayed when the products are being browsed. Also, several products in the same picture might be grouped together during display.
StringSet - Preferred Page Photo (Legacy - do not use) - A photo to represent this product if it needs to be grouped together with other products. Generally the photo that has the most other products in it.
If not specified, the system will automoically select one.
StringSet - Preferred Individual Photo (Legacy - do not use) - A photo represent this product when it need to be shown individually. Generally, the photo that only has this one product in it.
If not specified, the system will automatically select one.
StringSet - Data Source Id (Legacy - do not use) - Please use Partition Id instead
String - DEPRECATED LOT (Legacy - do not use) - Formerly a list of tags, please remove
