If you accidentally start an order under the wrong customer, you can use the Copy/Duplicate feature to move your cart to another customer’s record. This feature transfers the items in the cart, along with any SKU-related notes or selections, but does not move customer-specific details.
Steps to Copy or Duplicate an Order:
Tap "Pre-Posal"
- From the main screen, tap the Pre-Posal tab located at the bottom right.
Tap "Send" on the Order Form
- Tap the Send button on the Order Form tab at the top right of the screen.
Select "Copy/Duplicate"
- Tap the Copy/Duplicate option.
- Tap the Copy/Duplicate option.
Choose the Customer to Move the Order
- Search for and select the customer you want to move the cart items to.
- Search for and select the customer you want to move the cart items to.
Handle Full Shopping Carts
- If the selected customer’s shopping carts are full, a warning will appear, preventing the move.
Success!
- Once the cart is successfully copied to the new customer, you’ll see a confirmation message.
