In the event you may have begun an order under the wrong customer, you can use the Copy/Duplicate option found on the Pre-Posal tab to move your cart to a different empty cart of another customer record. This function will only move the skus and any sku related notes/selections.
- Tap Pre-Posal in the bottom right
- Tap Send button on the Order Form tab in the top right
- Tap Copy/Duplicate
4. Search and select the customer you would like to move the cart items to.
5. A warning will appear if all shopping carts are already full for the selected customer preventing the move.
6. Success!
