To add additional information about products you can use notes and annotations.
To Add Additional Order Notes
1) Open your product table
2) Create a new column with a header with the name of your product notes i.e Order Notes
3) Use the column tag - Item Ordering Notes
4) These notes can be found on the order of each item just above the optional rep notes.
To Add Annotations
1) Open your product table
2) Create a new column with a header of Annotations
3) Use the column tag - Page Annotation
4) These annotations can be found on the product catalog just below the collection title and above the photo.
