Sending a proposal or presentation to a customer is an effective way to showcase the products they are considering. These visual tools can include detailed product information, including pricing, to help your dealer decide on the quantities they’d like to order.


Steps to Email a Proposal or Presentation:

  1. Add Items to Your Cart

  2. Tap "Pre-Posal"

    • At the bottom of the screen, tap Pre-Posal to begin creating your proposal or presentation.

  3. Select "Presentation" or "Proposal"

    • Choose whether you'd like to send a Presentation or Proposal based on the type of communication you wish to send.



  4. Select Price Lists

    • Tap Send, then use the green toggles to select the Price Lists you want included in the proposal or presentation.
    • *Note - If available, you can choose your Layout option on the top-left
    • Once selected, click Send to move to the next step.


  5. Edit Email Content

    • The email screen will appear. You can now edit the contents of the email to include any necessary details or instructions.

  6. Send Your Proposal/Presentation

    • When you're ready, tap the Send (upward arrow) icon to finish sending your proposal or presentation to the customer.
