Syncing your AMP Sell database ensures you have the most up-to-date product and order information before starting your day. We recommend syncing your database at the beginning of each day to ensure you're working with the latest data.


How to Sync Your Database:

  1. Open the AMP Sell App on your iPad.

  2. Identify the Database to Sync:
    Look for a database with "SYNC REQUIRED" in red text next to its name. This indicates that the database needs to be updated.


  3. Select the Database:
    Tap on the database you wish to sync.

  4. Sync the Database:
    Tap the "Sync Selected" button at the bottom of the screen.

  5. Wait for Sync Completion:
    The "SYNC REQUIRED" message will change to "Up-to-date" once the sync is complete. This confirms that your database is now fully updated.

  6. Repeat for Other Databases (if applicable):
    If you have multiple databases to sync, repeat the steps for each one as needed.


Important Note:

If you have a large catalog or multiple catalogs that need to be synced, you may want to sync them overnight to avoid disruption during your workday. Here’s how:

  • Plug in your iPad to ensure it doesn’t lose power.
  • Disable the Screen Lock in your iPad’s settings.
  • Start the sync process before you go to bed.
  • In the morning, re-enable your Screen Lock, and your catalogs should be up-to-date and ready to use.
